Gobble, Gobble!
How funny that the turkey gets its own post!! My brother's favorite way to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner is by sinking his teeth into a fried turkey. My Aunt Na and Uncle Donnie always do the cooking. This year was no different except that for the first time Rahul got the chance to do some master carving!!

I love fried turkey!! Sadly, I have not enjoyed one since we lived in the south...the food is what I miss most! I think Raul and Rick should meet up for a carving show-down...MAD SKILLS MEETS NINJA SKILLS!

Do you remember in seeing things in the newspaper in New Orleans about turkey-frying safety? Aparently NO has a ton of fires caused by people that don't know how to fry turkeys... Anyway...
