...how to make Burritos!

This was Eden's first trip out to eat. Before I was pregnant with her, we used to venture to Moe's on Mondays for $5.00 burritos. The kids always loved eating tons of Mexican food and so did I. During my first trimester however, one of these Monday night outings turned sour, literally!! I got so sick after eating them, that I banished Mexican food from our diets for the rest of those 9 months! So... this was a great ordeal! Thankfully, everything was much better this time and one day soon Eden will be enjoying those burritos with us too!
